The Role
* As a Business Development Executive, you’ll focus on building relationships with founders, management teams, and investors within fast-growing UK companies.
* You’ll identify opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and introduce them to solutions that help their businesses thrive.
* Your role is consultative — focused on quality conversations, understanding client needs, and connecting them with the right expertise.
Must Haves
* Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and engaging across phone, email, and video.
* Curious and inquisitive mindset – eager to learn about industries, businesses, and people.
* Tech-savvy – confident using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and modern communication tools.

* Experience in a sales, client-facing, or account management role.
