As an Account Handler, you’ll manage a portfolio of Commercial and Personal Lines clients, handling renewals, new business quotations, and mid-term adjustments with precision and professionalism. You’ll work with SMEs, property owners, and high-net-worth clients, ensuring each policy is handled with care and compliance.
This Account Handler role will also see you building strong relationships with clients and insurers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, and ensuring smooth financial control and documentation using Acturis. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive attitude will be central to your success as an Account Handler.
