Driver / Labourer – Temporary to Permanent | Rochdale
£13.50 per hour + overtime | Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Our client, a reputable manufacturer of bespoke high-end furniture based in Rochdale, is seeking an experienced Driver / Labourer to join their friendly, hardworking team. This role offers the chance to grow within a well-established local business.
What you’ll do:
Drive a 2.5-ton van delivering and collecting furniture across the UK
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Load and unload the van safely and efficiently
Support the production team by assisting with furniture preparation and stripping
What we’re looking for:
Previous driving experience, ideally with a 2.5-ton van or similar
Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
