Self-Employed Part-Time PA Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing correspondence, drafting reports, notes, letters, and other communications using Word to ensure clear, professional documentation.
Assisting with expenses management and generating invoices via Excel, leveraging your understanding of basic formulas and formatting.
Research on various topics as needed, providing valuable insights for ongoing projects.
Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team to support project progress.
Organising schedules and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines while remaining adaptable to reactive duties.
Supporting occasional site visits and project meetings to stay aligned with project developments.

Self-Employed Part-Time PA Experience Essentials
Proven experience supporting senior professionals or project managers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including basic formulas, formatting tables, and document layout.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Adaptability to fluctuating workloads and reactive tasks.
Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure and convey professionalism.
Experience in high-end property, construction, or consultancy sectors is desirable but not essential.
Location
Hybrid- occasional travel to OX2 when needed.Â
