Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday–Sunday, with rota-based days off)
Salary: £28,000 basic | £50,000 OTE + Bonus Scheme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join a thriving Hyundai dealership in Peterborough. This is a key position for an experienced automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career.
As a Transaction Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process — ensuring customers receive the best experience while maintaining compliance and driving performance. You’ll support and guide a motivated sales team, helping them deliver exceptional results across finance, insurance, and additional product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all finance, insurance, and warranty transactions to ensure FCA compliance.
Support the Sales Executives in closing deals and achieving business targets.
Deliver training and mentoring to upskill the team in finance and insurance products.
Monitor performance through detailed monthly reporting.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment while achieving sales excellence.
About You
Proven experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller within a franchised dealership.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on achieving results through others.
Excellent understanding of finance and insurance processes and regulations.
Detail-oriented with a professional approach and strong communication skills.
Motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
